The Team · workshop experiences

For the room they lead.

Half-day and full-day working sessions for leadership teams and organisations. Built around where your team is right now. Facilitated with depth. Tailored to the people in the room.

The premise
Most team development feels like a day away from work.
This is not that.

These workshops are designed to shift something: the way a team communicates, the standards they hold, the conversations they have been avoiding, the clarity they need to move through what is in front of them.

Each workshop is a standalone session. Every one is tailored.

Five workshops. One through line.

Leadership is an inside job.

Great teams are built from the inside out.

Workshop 01

The Leadership Conversation.

For new and emerging leaders learning to lead people, not just manage tasks.

The move from individual contributor to leader is one of the most underestimated transitions in any organisation. Most people are promoted because they are excellent at what they do. Very few are taught how to have the conversations that leadership actually requires.

This workshop gives new and emerging leaders the foundations: how to communicate with clarity and intent, how to give feedback that lands, how to hold people accountable without micromanaging, and how to coach for performance rather than simply direct it.

Practical. Grounded. Built for people leading for the first time, or finding their footing in an expanded role.

This workshop runs as a full day. The foundations of leadership conversation and coaching for performance take time to build properly.

Format
Full day · In person · Tailored to your organisation and cohort
This is for
Organisations promoting people into their first leadership roles. HR and People & Culture teams building leadership pipelines. Senior leaders who want their emerging talent developed with intention.
The outcome

Your emerging leaders leave able to have the conversations leadership requires, so your pipeline strengthens instead of stalling.

Workshop 02

The Standard.

For leaders who want to lead themselves better before they lead others.

Great leadership does not start with strategy or skill. It starts with the habits, behaviours, and standards a leader holds for themselves. The way they show up on a hard day. The commitments they keep, or quietly let slide. The gap between who they intend to be as a leader and how they actually operate under pressure.

Most leaders are aware of that gap. Few have done something deliberate about it.

This workshop helps leaders get honest about the standards they are currently holding, understand the patterns and habits driving their results, and build a practical framework for raising the bar on how they lead themselves every day.

The work is honest, practical, and grounded in what actually shifts a leader's behaviour day to day. What comes out the other side is clarity, intention, and a set of commitments a leader can actually keep.

Format
Half day or full day · In person · Tailored to your leadership cohort
This is for
Leaders at any level who want to close the gap between the leader they are and the leader they intend to be. Organisations investing in the development of their people at every tier. HR and People & Culture teams building a culture of personal accountability and high standards.
The outcome

Workshop 03

The Hard Conversation.

For leaders who need to navigate difficult dialogue with confidence and care.

Most leaders know which conversations they have been avoiding. The performance issue they have named but not addressed. The relationship that has quietly deteriorated. The feedback that needs to be given but keeps getting deferred.

Avoiding hard conversations does not make them easier. It makes the cost of them higher.

This workshop gives leaders the frameworks, language, and inner steadiness to have the conversations that matter without losing the relationship, the room, or themselves in the process.

Format
Half day or full day · In person · Tailored to your team and context
This is for
Leadership teams where difficult conversations are being avoided. Organisations navigating performance or culture challenges. Any leader who knows the conversation they need to have and keeps finding reasons not to.
The outcome

Your team leaves able to have the conversation they've been deferring, before it costs you the person or the culture.

Workshop 04

What Great Teams Do.

For teams that want to understand what makes them work, and what is getting in the way.

High-performing teams are not defined by talent alone. They are defined by the conditions that allow that talent to show up fully: psychological safety, clear roles, shared purpose, honest communication, and the ability to navigate conflict without fracturing trust.

This workshop helps leadership teams examine their own dynamics with honesty and curiosity. What is working and why. What is not working and what it is costing. What needs to shift for the team to operate at the level it is capable of.

Part workshop, part facilitated conversation. Entirely tailored to where your team is right now.

Format
Half day or full day · In person · Tailored to your team's dynamics and goals
This is for
Leadership teams that are functioning but know they could be doing more. Organisations building or rebuilding team cohesion. Executives responsible for a function who want their team operating at a higher level.
The outcome

Your team leaves knowing what's been getting in the way, and what to change so the talent you already have performs.

Workshop 05

The Change Conversation.

For leaders and teams navigating change with clarity and cohesion.

Change is not the hard part. The hard part is leading people through it without losing their trust, their focus, or their sense of direction.

This workshop equips leaders with the language and steadiness that change requires. How to communicate uncertainty without creating panic. How to hold the team together when the ground is shifting. How to lead forward when not everything is known yet.

Grounded in the science of how people respond to change, this session gives leaders practical tools and a steadier place to lead from.

Format
Half day or full day · In person · Tailored to your organisation's change context
This is for
Organisations navigating restructure, growth, or cultural change. Leadership teams who need to bring their people through uncertainty. HR and People & Culture teams supporting leaders in transition.
The outcome

Your leaders leave able to bring people through change with their trust and focus intact, not just their compliance.

A note on tailoring

Built for your room.

No workshop is delivered off the shelf.

Before every session there is a design conversation to understand your organisation, your people, and the specific challenge you are working through. The workshop is shaped around that, not the other way around.

What you get is a session that feels like it was built for your team. Because it was.

After the day

The work doesn't have to end when the room clears. Where it helps, we build in a follow-up session to keep what shifted in place.

The first step

Which workshop is yours?

You've just walked through five doors. The first step is a short conversation to figure out which one your team needs or whether something in between is the right fit.
