Eos is a private leadership coaching practice based in Newcastle. It exists for the leaders quietly carrying a lot and the rare conversations that help them put it down.
Great leadership isn't about being in charge. It's about mastering the inner game, building teams that truly thrive, and leading with a deep understanding of the people behind the performance.
I founded Eos after twenty years of leading teams in the finance industry and noticing the same pattern: there is often little space to think honestly. The ideas that emerged from that experience became The Threshold, a book exploring what happens when leadership asks more than competence alone can provide.
This practice is the room I wished my clients had. Unhurried and entirely yours. We work on what's actually in front of you. Pressure, identity, the calls you keep rewriting and on the steadier place to lead from underneath it.
I'm a seasoned coach, a former senior leader and an obsessive reader. I live in Newcastle and work with clients across AU, and remotely anywhere there's a quiet hour.
